Update 9/30/12: Enjoyed the reunion last night at the BBC, fifty years, amazing! It was fun to see members of our class who attended, I always wish I could have talked to more people who were there. It is hard to believe I am a grandmother of ten now. I doubt any of us could have foreseen 50 years into the future and how many twists and turns to get to this time in our lives. There have been a few blips in my life, but generally I have had a wonderful time. I spend most of my time in Newport and several months in Sun Valley, Idaho. I am still a beach girl at heart though. Skiing might be a thing in the past for me but now I love to snow shoe in the winter. Also, like to squeeze in a little golf on trips whenever possible. We are very fortunate to be able to travel which enables us to keep learning about so many different places and cultures. It is hard to believe I thought history was boring, maybe having to memorize so many dates was the big turn off! Thanks to the Reunion committee and all your hard work! I wish our 1962 Class of Moors well. Original Post: Married, two children, divorced, B.S. Social Work, real estate, remarried, retired, grandmother, golf, skiing, travel. I am enjoying my family and friends and hope to attend the reunion in September. How's that for brief? |
